Nima Shojaei
Managing Principal | Director of Strategic Alliances
Nima Shojaei is Partner & Chief of Strategy at Novus, where he focuses on the creation and management of escrow joint ventures throughout California. His background combines escrow, title, business development, and operational leadership, with particular expertise in joint venture strategy, strategic partnerships, and settlement service growth.
With more than six years of experience in the escrow industry, Nima has served as an Escrow Officer, Sales Manager, and Director of Strategic Development across escrow and title. He brings firsthand experience in transaction execution, business development, and the operational structure of settlement service businesses. Prior to founding Novus, he identified, structured, and managed joint ventures in the real estate settlement services space for a top-five national title company operating across more than 34 states. Earlier in his career, he also held leadership roles in the ophthalmology field, where he built a foundation in management, growth, & execution.
Sina Yadollahi
Cheif Operating Officer
Sina Yadollahi is the Chief Operating Officer of Novus Management Group, where he plays a central role in early-stage partner engagement, venture formation, and operational execution. He leads Phase 1 meetings alongside the founding team, helping prospective partners evaluate joint venture opportunities, understand the formation process, and move strategically from initial discussions into structured implementation. His role is focused on turning vision into execution—bringing organization, clarity, and momentum to each new venture.
Sina brings a background rooted in project management, construction operations, design, and multi-party coordination. Across his career, he has worked on complex residential, commercial, infrastructure, and development projects, supporting everything from design drawings and estimating to submittals, permitting, inspections, RFIs, and change orders. That experience gives him a practical, systems-oriented approach to venture formation and partner coordination. In addition to his leadership role at Novus, Sina has built and managed his own design consulting practice, giving him a sharp eye for structure, execution, and client-facing professionalism.
Juana Gonzalez
Managing Principal | Director of Escrow Operations
Juana Gonzalez is Partner & Director of Escrow Operations at Novus and brings more than 35 years of escrow expertise to the firm. Her background reflects decades of leadership within large-scale escrow operations, with deep experience in transaction management, team oversight, and the execution of complex closings.
Throughout her career, Juana has managed multiple teams within some of the nation’s largest escrow operations affiliated with top-five title companies in the United States. As an Escrow Officer, her experience spans an exceptionally wide range of transaction types, including both traditional and highly specialized escrows. Over the course of her career, she has closed more than $10 billion in transaction volume, underscoring the scale of her experience and long-standing reputation in the industry. She is known for her precision, leadership, and highly dependable approach to escrow operations.

Paul Sua Tomboc serves as Head of Business Development at Novus Management Group, where he leads growth initiatives, strategic outreach, and partner development efforts. With more than 10 years of experience in business development across SaaS, enterprise sales, partnerships, and high-growth technology environments, Paul brings a strong foundation in positioning, market expansion, and relationship-driven revenue generation. At Novus, he is focused on identifying qualified partnership opportunities, opening strategic conversations, and helping drive the growth of new joint venture relationships with clarity and precision.
Paul’s background includes leadership roles in enterprise business development, partnership strategy, and sales development across multiple industries, including technology, AI, retail solutions, healthcare, and web-based platforms. His experience has centered on simplifying complex offerings, reducing friction in the buying process, and improving commercial outcomes through strong messaging and disciplined outreach.
